X-CLUSIVE ENT. is all about a company trying to make artists in the industry able to not only be in the fields they have chosen but also KNOW the industry and as much of the ups and downs of it as possible. This company is not nor will it ever be a cure all for the problems in the entertainment industry, but it is a step to what we feel is the right direction. What we are offering is a company that will help you as an artist in every possible aspect of the music and entertainment industry. We want to teach you the "biz" showing you new ways and trends that the industry is taking. No longer can you just send in a 3 song demo and expect to get a deal. The day of the individual artist or band is long gone. Now there is a demand for business to business sales. A record lable wants a company who already has its acts and everything going for them. They want a unit that works well together. Essentially they want an established record label that developes it's own artists, and takes care of all the artists needs to include things like booking , management, promotions and marketing. Here at Xclusive Entertainment we are also taking it to another level. We are making sure that artists learn their trade and through several tactics we also help that artist build his exsisting skills. Xclusive is building a company that will build the "family unit" within the company. This we feel is key because it builds a bond between artists that reaches further than music generes and skill level. This allows our artist more exposure by cross- genere exposure. We are not afraid to put a rapper with a country artist or a rock band with a techno track. We actually thrive on it! We will help our clients learn the proper way to do preformances not just by saying " this is how you do it", but more so by saying "come help us put on an event". People learn better hands on and we tend to utilize that in order to maximize our clients success. This in turn gives success to the whole company. Now Xclusive will put on events and will sell CD's and YES we will make a profit off of those situations. We DO NOT however, forget our artists we are firm blievers in keeping our family fed both metaphorically and literally. An artist will not remain motivated if he sees his manager making all the money, and he is worrying how to pay rent. At no time should there be a choice between work and studio time. However we must be realistic, that choice will have to be made for a while during the time an artist is building and learning. No one is offering anyone a wealth beyond their wildest dreams. We stay grounded in knowing it is hard work on both the company's part as well as the artist. Xclusive asks for a very high level of commitment form our clients and while there are some out there who would say we are to good to be true, and or we are a scam company praying on the artists at their weakest point. We know there are companies who do just that, but we put alot into our clients so we expect alot back. We know we are not the biggest company or the oldest company in this industry but everyone has to start with something. We also require our artists to be involved in the communities. Building this bond not only gives back to the neighborhood but it also builds a loyal fan base. A person who has never ehard of your music will be more likely to buy it when they worked side by side withy ou on a community project and saw your an artist that really does give back. One thing that should be made very clear we are NOT accepting everyone. We do not want you just because you sound good and can make some money. If your drive, and motivating factors are not where we are focused. If you have the attitude that you have a little "reputation" or you have a good following so you dont need us we need you.

We want artists who know it is work and everyday you think your famous is another day closer to being a has been. Think you fit that mold?
