I am interest in managing an amateur band, who is still a way from making the big time, to manage. Even as a co-manager, I would like to help market a band, via the internet, word of mouth, and other mediums.
I am willing to take your band to the next level, how ever high that may be, but I am only interested in a band that is new to the scene, and needs a boost.

I don't have too many issues with genre, just as long you're not some goth band. Cringe.
