Quite simple really.
I decided to take to the road as a missionary, spreading the word of rock to the dark nether regions of the world Heh!
Na, in reality, just over a year ago, I decided to do some 'further' education.
I chose to study law.
At the moment my course started in February of last year, everything else just went out the window, including playing guitar (sold all my stuff, except for my ibanez and a small amp for home jammin)
I decided that music wasnt for me, and effectively disappeared off the planet into a world of books and essay writing.
Im into my second year now, have gotten into it a little more that i can relax a little, and decided to get back in touch with my friends, which includes everyone here, as well as those at home that I have neglected a little.
I cant say that i will always be around the forums again, and I certainly wont be able to post any new music again for the time being, as all I have time for nowadays is a half hour jam along with my CD's ,Preferably Van Halen (silly sods!) maybe once or twice a week to ease my mind.
But I will pop in from time to time (I see the fart forum is still going!) say hello!, and have a listen to what you have all been up to, music and otherwise.
See you all soon somewhere on line!.

Sorry to hear you've give up the music,but once it's in your blood ,you never lose it.
I didn't play for almost 20 years and the 'BUG BIT ME AGAIN". You'll just have nicer equiptment when it bits you again..and it will.  |

Dagon my friend .......... great to hear from ya!
a lawyer eh?...my niece went to Georgetown and was makin big bucks as a lawyer, got married had 2 kids and quit...she couldn't stand the long 80+ hour weeks and the fact that their nanny was raising her kids....she's just started her own business...
....anyway.... good luck with it bro!
like others say "music is in your blood"..... it's too bad the world doesn't treat the struggling musicians very well......but we will keep on keepin on.....
