Hey everyone! Last night, I went to my profile and searched for all my posts, and quickly copied and pasted all of my titles from the Share your lyrics/poetry forum, and I figured I'd post them here, as a list. I'm not sure how interested anyone is, but if some of you are, give it a look. It's kind of like "My UBW Portfolio."

Since the first lyrical thread, 67 is the grand total for lyrics, and 7 for the Poems.

I'm not posting this thread to claim that I'm some kind of amazing talent, because I think that it's foolish to "self-proclaim" greatness, when that is based on other's opinions, and truly achieving good success. Like I said, it's just to let anyone interested view what I've shared in that forum, to this point. I'll be around. Smile

I just got an idea while posting a reply to a different thread. I'll briefly explain it, and if anybody thinks it's an idea that could be worthwhile or of interest, reply with your opinion(s) about it. If there's a good response about the idea, I think I'll submit it to Ron in the Suggestions forum.

Here's the idea: A new forum on the UBW, titled, "My UBW Portfolio." It could be a forum where you start a portfolio, and you can add links to your original threads from the Share your lyrics/poetry forum, and people can click the links, and read the ones that they are interested in. As many of you know, sometimes the threads in that forum are run down the list when there are a lot of posts in a short period of time, and this might make it easier for the songs that might usually be passed up, to be seen. Please let me know if you think this is a good idea, so I can then ask Ron if it's feasable. Thanks everyone. Later!

RiCterMan, I'm not sure, but if I'm understanding correctly, there might be a similar option under the "profile" button below the post - and there's an option for "find all posts by <username>"

-Nope. The option given when ya' press the profile button only gives a member's audio uploads, if they have any. -Not lyrics or poetry posted. Also, the "find all posts by username" choice doesn't show just lyric/poetry threads, but instead all posts. It's kinda' more complicated than what I have in mind.

But I'm not tryin' to argue or insult you. Wink

-Just simply clarifying the idea a little more. I hope I'm makin' sense, and doing so without offending you. Smile
