This is making me hungry. The thing is, I've been hungry for about thirty minutes prior to wandering to the boards. Don't worry, people. I am not afraid.
See, I don't really cook, but I went to allrecipes.com, and I found an easy recipe for Fried Zucchini. Ahh......; It just sounds so good to me right now. -Yeah, back to the point though. I'll be making that sometime tonight, and I can't really share the recipe due to copyright rules of that site, but the reason I'm replying here is because I think the site is great, and anyone interested should give it a glance. I'm not sure how to add the hyperlink in a Quick Reply, but the site address is www.allrecipes.com.
I'll be back to this thread, no doubt, because I really love to eat. Take care, everyone! Later! |

Hey RiCterMan,
You should try the Chicken and Wine recipe that Tammy posted, it's not really that hard to do, although it may sound complicated and it is definately is a great meal! |

Definitely. In the future, I'll try that for sure.
Also, the fried zucchini and onions I said I was going to make earlier was a success. Some of it was a little crunchy, but I prefer a little crunchiness, and it didn't cross the boundary of being too much so. I've never cooked anything before, until tonight, so I'm just glad it turned out alright. Ya' gotta' start out simple, I guess. Later! |

Ok. Here's a pretty easy one.
Cheesy Chicken Crescent Rolls
1 package Pilsbury Crescent Rolls (makes 8 )
2 to 4 chicken breasts (depending on how much meat you like)
shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Campbells cream of celery soup
1 soup can of milk
*boil chicken in water for about 30-45 minutes until done
*once done take chicken out of water and tear into 8 equal parts
*roll small handful of cheese and 1 part of the chicken in each of the crescent rolls
*place cheesy chicken crescent rolls in baking dish
*mix cream of celery soup and 1 soup can full of milk in bowl
*pour some (not all) of soup mixture around crescent rolls so that it covers the bottom of the baking dish
*bake in oven at about 375 degrees for about 11-13 minutes (until crescent rolls start to lightly brown on top)
*microwave the rest of the soup mixture for a gravy to put over rice or mashed potoes
*serve with rice or mashed potatoes and vegetable of choice (we usually use green beans - can of green beans boiled with a little butter, sugar, salt, pepper and a beef bouillon cube - usually best if cook for awhile) |

I agree with Tammy. That just made very hungry.
Just a random tad of irrelevancy...- I eat too much, yet somehow I never gain any weight... Food is great.
So, I will definitely try the cheesy, chicken, crescent rolls, whenever the next chance arises. Thanks and Later! |
