My Windows media player is crashing when it attempts to connect to streams at this site. This, in turn, results in my having to re-start my computer. I have done all the reconfiguring I could see to do and have ended up re-installing the player. The player works fine at other sites and I have only encountered the problem here at UBW.
Any thoughts?
(my " REAL" player has no problem here, however, it can not do some of the things I'd like it to, things my wmp does nicely...usually) |

Herb,
Try clearing out your cache
Tools>Internet Options>Delete Cookies & Delete Files
Let me know if this fixes it.

Thank you, Ron, for the timely response. I wound up doing the Zen thing and setting the Real player as my default media player. I did, however, clear out my cookies and files on the WMP. MMMMMM... delicious cookies!
Thanks again,

I'm so ashamed of myself. I swore I would never use those little faces as quick fix for shoddy prose herb |
