hey peoples-
takin' a little listen to some of the local Seattle bands. gotta like the stuff by The Band That Murdered Silence. "Midtempo acoustic folk rock" or something....if I had to label it somehow. Think I'll stick with my own label "good tunes". Especially liked the first number, Wicked Ways.
These guys remind me a lot of a friend of mine's old group called Red Skeleton. Anyone who liked them would prob'ly like The Band That Murdered Silence. Nothing too fancy, just solid songwriting and a smooth recording.
Anyone that feels like checkin' out my own stuff, I'd love to hear a review, thumbs up or down, call it like ya sees it. My tunes are here on UBW and also here on soundclick.com.

Welcome to the Unsigned Band Web!!!!
I'm listening to Liquid Motion now. Really nice soft intro, and the guitar sound cool. The change around 2:02 is unexpected and helps shake the song up a bit.
Enjoyed the track!

thanks for the listen and the opinion- much appreciated. still getting my feet wet around here- this is a lot of music to try to get a handle on....too much to listen to!
