SHANTERRA Bio:
Shanterra Avery was born and raised in the New haven area of connecticut. The 22 year old rapper has always been very muscial, and has always been fascinated with music. Growing up she was constantly glued to the stereo, and the televison because she couldn't keep her eyes, and ears away from hip hop. At the age of 9 she watch her two brother become a part of a hip hop rap group, which inspired her to become who she is today. At the age of ten shanterra wrote her first rhyme, and rapped her first song which knocked every body of thier feets. She performed at local night clubs, on her local television station CTV, block parties, from Connecticut to New york, all the way to Baltimore. Over the years she has recorded in many studios, and has lots of expereince. She has a unique east cost flow that shows nothing but personality, and creativity, which is a good look in the music industry. Her music is a reflection of her, her surrounding, and how she veiws the world through her eyes. When the time comes everyone will know the name Shanterra, because she's representing hip hop, and hip hop is representing her.
