So King'd Up, real name Kyle Brown was raised in Tacoma,WA in the South side area and there began to write rhymes and sale drugs at 14 ,but his life of crime led to 5 years probation at 18 and in and out of jail doing crime until doing 2 years in Missouri State Prison in 2006 at the age of 23 for distribution charges and, unfortunately, right when he decided to get serious about music..Determined to turn his life around wile there, studying variously and studiously music business/marketing. Released in Feb 4, 2008 back to rough streets of Tacoma King X equipped with knowledge and action for the right life,just music and no more streets. In 2009 King X started his own label Elite Campaign Recordz as a solo artist. Releasing a unofficial single "Sittin By The Door" in 2009 and a EP "Kings Against Kings" in 2011 which was never fully released do to incarceration for payroll violation.King X is now about to take the game by storm. King X released the follow up album "Kings Against Kings" in 2013, but with all new production and elevated game King-X plans to release a 2015 album "King'd Up And Queen'd Up Season" in 2015. Making king hop music a dynamic force to be reckoned for many moons to come. Also, bringing forth a magazine, clothing line, and is in the mist of going into major label distribution in 2016. Having met a new manager the X manager of mafia 6 Crunchy black and now grammy nominated singer Moe P singed with universal. King-X also goes by the stage name So King'd Up, and has released two king hop singles in 2015; "King'd Up" and " Queen'd Up" but being re-released by end of 2015 due to a fall out with a distribution company. King-X has 3 more sub-companies in the works Queen'd Up Entertainment, King Hop Entertainment ,and King Up Entertainment. King-X created a sub-genre in 2009 called king-hop and says it's the future. |
