Just a note to tell you about our new company, www.CommerceStreetProject.com. So much great music has come from Indie bands and performers for years, yet so much of it is never heard. There’s a huge void between creating great music and getting it in front of the masses of music fans. There are companies that will help you, for a large chunk of cash or of your earnings. But literally no one has made it a cost-effective proposition for those of us that do music, but don’t make a lot of money at it. No one has come up with a plan that works on a small budget.
It’s been a long time coming for us. More than 40 years of combined experience in the music industry, as well as 20-plus years in the media, has led us to this place. A place where we can take what we have learned over the years and put it to work for you. We’ve been establishing relationships with music bloggers, review sites, music magazines, graphic artists, session musicians, promoters and agents.
