The Blitz 1979 Bio:

Phil Long formed The Blitz in 1978.
With the release of I Love Myself they were amongst the forefront of the NWOBHM in 1979.
Phil is currently plying his Trade with the Fabulous Fezheads.

Well that's it folk's, the gear stashed, the Old Blue Van is packed away for another year and I going back home to Portugal for Christmas. 2009 is looking good, with some recording in January, followed by the Swanage Blues Festival in early March and the Fig and Date Fayre in Wales a couple of weeks later. So it's 'Feliz Natal' from me and see you next year. Cheers Afkatglhoops
