Inches In Falling Bio:
Inches In Falling is a Hard Rock band out of Whitman, Massachusetts. The band is made up of Leader; Steve Hottenrott handling Guitars and most of the Lead Vocals. Frontman; Brenden Rioux playing Bass and Lead Vocals/Backup Vocals. Drummer; Ryan Hottenrott completes the line up handling the Drums and Percussion. Inches got its name (from John Lennon) in January 2008, but the band dates back to August 2004. Including the current/official line up, there has only been three line ups in the groups history (other former members include Bassist; Jeff Kent, Drummer; Josh Kent, and Lead Guitarist; Mike Dindy) though only the current line up has made any real progress. The group has a hard rock sound that draws influence from classic bands like: KISS, The Beatles, The Who, Led Zeppelin and from modern bands like Three Days Grace. The band's stage show has obvious influence from that of KISS' show with many effect lights, theatrics such as smoke bombs, fog, and confetti blasts, and high energetic movement from the members themselves. Inches In Falling plays mostly originals which are taken from their debut album (available for purchase below) and from there singles which carries on the Beatles' concept of releasing non-album tracks as singles. For their shows, they also play few covers of the bands they're influenced by. All in all, Inches In Falling is a band who tries to be and promotes themselves as being different, while still carrying on elements from recent popular acts that are of their age group (metal Miley Cyrus?, not really).
