Recorded an new one yesterday guys to test out / learn whats going off with my new pc.. try to ignore the fact the drums are boring and the song doesnt actually change .. Laughing i just needed to get going on something quickly... i used SONAR 7 and a LINE 6 XT LIVE FX pedal... the songs consists of 13 guitar tracks and a drum machine (funnily enough)..

this turned out really well man! that high-pitched tone that kicks in about 2 min into the song is about to do my head in, but still really cool. the levels are really nice, although a limiter might be a good idea. you can crank it up to a ridiculous level! Laughing i bet my neighbors are ticked now! Laughing but the recording quality is obviously a step up from the analog to digital to analog to digital to analog to digital method you were using before. Laughing even though the drums were repetitive, the still sounded pretty nice. did you use the drums in sonar? i haven't used mine yet, so i'm kind of curious.

you could still do quite a bit with this. you know add some extra bits. it's a really cool build, though, so it sould almost tand alone if you switch up the drum patterns at times. keep it up and i'll keep listening. Cool

cheers guys... still new to the pc recording thing...lol... itll get better with time.... then hopefully i can make some 'proper compositions' not just churn out an easy natural minor for learnings sake!! Laughing Laughing still, its a lot more fun than i thought just playing around with some of the software... i thought id be tearing my hair out by now!! Laughing

cheers for the comments anyways guys... Cool Cool

i have got another on my page which i knocked out a couple of days ago... if any one fancies a listen... i wont start a new thread for it tho... its the first time ive ever recorded any keyboard!!! Laughing
