I been listening to a lot of instrumental accoustic atrist from candyrat records for about a year now, and i have to say, if you want to see and hear some true musical masterpieces, go to www.candyrat.com and check out some of these guys: Andy Mckee, Antoine Dufour, Don Ross, Craig D'Andrea, and Eric Turnbull. ............... These may nott be the "best bands" ive never heard, but JESUS WHAT CHOPS!!!! CHEERS TO ALL!!!! |

I got one of Andy McKee's CDs. Pretty incredible playing. I gotta say alot of it starts to sound similar after a while, but very cool |

so ill continue with rancid, the clash, the who, the yardbirds, lots of world music, the pixies, duke ellington, nick drake, nick cave,
ill leave some more for later cause damn, i always thought i knew lots of music, but answering to this kind of question just makes me understand i have yet lots to learn.
But on the other hand im not a big music consumer, i spend more time composing and working on my own stuff
