Ok, I've made some changes that I "HOPE" will fix this problem. Please let me know if after tonight, you continue to see fluctuations with your play counts.
I really appreciate all the feedback and your patience!! |

it seems there is script errors all over the net, soundclick has bugged too with charts and lots of my friends in france experiment weird script problems gorgatron said it's over but the charts are blocked since 3 days now, it seems there could be others artist affected |

hey ppb,
i wasn't the only one affected by this. it was site-wide, i believe. you can see in this thread where some others mentioned that they were affected. i have also been watching the last few days, and although i'm not sure how the problems differ from last time, there seems to be a slight glitch in the charts. all play counts on my band profile seem correct, even the totals, but when i look at the acoustic charts, there are check marks by our songs, which usually designates a new song to UBW. we're not in the 'new song charts' as far as i can tell, but i've only scoped the top 10.
so yeah, there appears to be some sort of glitch, but it's not like the last one at all. sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems now. i'm sure minusme will come across this and check it out in due time. the last bug took a while to work out, so don't be surprised if it takes a bit before things are back to normal.
it's wierd that you say that other sites are experiencing similar problems. almost the beginnings of a conspiracy. i have our music at a few other sites, but don't check in there very often. i guess i should check them out as well to see if they are also experiencing similar issues. thanks for pointing this out. at least it wasn't me this time. |

I hope to have this cleared up by this weekend. The previous issue that has been fixed is making this problem harder to diagnose... |
