We need your vote, we're in for a record deal....
we're also in 632th place 
We went from 739th place to 632th place in one day though.
We entered the comp. yesterday and really need you to help us out!
We really dont expect to win but we'd prefure not to be in 632th

I do acknowledge ur desire to go up, but as you said, youre not gonna make first.
I think the people who wanna vote will, and those who are unsure wont.
I think it would be wrong to vote someone just out of posts rather than being a fan of their music. |

Yea maybe, but i think a lot of bands do posts 'informing' people of a competition they're in.... to not do it would probably put you at a disadvantage really.....
i voted for them personally, and wouldnt have even known about the competition without been told in a post, i dont think anyone who is not a fan of they're music would vote anyway as its a right royal pain in the 'lower back' region to register with the site etc...lol...  |

I agree! Their reg. is crazy!
Nah, we we're just informing those who do like us to come over and maybe help us out. Thats all. I hope people don't vote just because we posted something telling them to!
We kind of gave up on that site though, its a little rediculous.

That was very nice of you man!
As far as first on that site goes, its really not worth being in first.
On that site its artist voting for artist so you get 50 comments a day saying stuff like "showing some love, I voted for you now come vote for me!"
Thats kind of pointless, they don't like your music they just want a vote....

yeah, the reg process blow. i tried to register and had loads of problems. i wrote the people running the site and told them as much. i skipped making me validate my account after the rancid message i sent them and told me they hoped that i was in a better mood when i got that message.
and even though you won't win and probably never stood a chance in the first place (no offense, it was your first contest and your still working with demo - even though they are very impressive compared to what you guys had up way back when  ), you still need to promote the hell out of it. who cares if you win!!!! if you get new listeners out of the deal, you've already won something. |
