We're looking for Acoustic, Alternative, Pop, Punk, Reggae, and Rock bands for the Zig-Zag Live Band Competition.
Here's some info:
Zig-Zag® Live: Where fans experience the best new music and can support their local artists. It’s a chance for you to earn a slot at the 2008 CMJ Music Marathon(http://www.cmj.com/marathon), some awesome coverage and press for your band or even $14,000 worth of prizes!!
Zig-Zag Live 2007 is now taking submissions for its three-round competition – Round 1 will be in September; Round 2 will be in October and Round 3 will be in November. In each round, nine artists will be selected to be polled by the public and one band will win in each round! All you have to do is go to http://www.zigzaglive.com, click on “Register your band” and submit your stuff! Submissions that do not qualify for the current round of the competition will be automatically re-entered and considered for the following rounds. SO THE EARLIER YOU ENTER, THE BETTER!
