real good sound on the recording. has a frantic punk feel/drive about it. the vocal sits well in the song. |

This is some sweet stuff.
I can plainly see some of your influences, like The Clash, Dead Kennedys, The Offspring, etc.
Really awesome stuff, I love the older actual punk feel to it (The Clash), yet still brings some of the newer sound in with it (The Offspring). My roots are in punk (Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, Anti-Flag, old AFI, etc.) so this is really nice and refreshing for me. Haven't heard any really good punk for quite a long time.
The guitar parts are really awesome, and I love that you actually implemented a good solo in there too! The melody is just really awesome.
Keep it up - and you should seriously consider getting a full band together and playing some shows. The energy would be absolutely awesome!
Good luck, and make some more music like this please! |
