Hi all,
Sorry if this is a really straightforward question,
But I've been searching for ages, and I need to know what brand/model microphone Dicky Barrett uses in the "Impression that I Get" video. <link here "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxVQBtfW3dM" (good pic of it @ 28 secs).>
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I don't know what the mic is but it reminds me of an old podium mic. I've seen similar looking mics on ebay. if you do a search in the microphone section on ebay and just look at alot of the pictures you might come across something similar.

Yes, I've checked a lot of different screenshots from the video and I'm 95% sure it's the exact same model

Ha! I was over at ebay looking and didn't realize you'd already found it when I posted. I agree - looks pretty similar.

Some of the mics in the vintage section make great mics for videos.

I saw this video a few years ago, but I really picked up an interest in the mic about 6 months ago..
