So I listened to Dicen Que El Tiempo on my lunch break at UMG and I was very surprised. I'm normally not a fan of Ms. Pena but this album is pretty good. It's more upbeat than her last one and the songs are overall better. Is there any fans here of Jennifer Pena? What you think of this album? Check out her myspace page for more info.
