There is some thing similar to this web site called gogirlsmusic.
This chick's site is national and has show cases going on all over the place. In Houston, La, New Yourk,Austin just to name a few. In Houston how it works is once a month at a particular club in this case the Rythm Room once a month they have what's called the GoGirls of Rock Show Case the bands don't get paid but the get great exposure cause this is a tight nit group. They promote it an the place is usually packed. I don't think it's a bad idea. You might want to contact Madalyn Skylar the person who started this she is cool person might be willing to share some ideas on how to get this done... |
