this one is a beast .
check out the free wallpaper sattelite pics .
there is one with the curve of the earth in view and a totally awesome picture of the storm. i have been watching the updated animations of the storm and it is hemmed in by lots of smaller storms right around it.
and they all seem to react at the same time as frances.
very interesting from the saftey of my flat in england .
i wish everyone over there the best of luck.
cos jacksonville, tampa bay look like there going to get a rough night.
click HERE for sattelite pictures |

Hurricane Francis is a shocker. Hope your family's homes have been spared disaster.
How large an area did the hurricane sweep, as the pics over here look horrific. |

Thats friggin scary!!! My folks live in Florida (naples) and just missed the last one! They were worried about Ivan too, but it looks like it's going to be further west.
Seems like there have been an awful lot of hurricanes this season, and STRONG ones!!!!!
All I get in NEW YORK is the leftover rain!
I hope all of our friends in the gulf coast make out ok!

Yeah, Ivan is pretty big. 30 foot waves and 130 mile and hour sustained winds...not the best day for a picnic.
Personaly, i will just buy a pony keg and invite over some friends and have a hurricane party..which should be a great time, as long as the roof stays attached |
