tru, yo back in the day i wasn't feeling the cat but i guess that time off really paid off. Yo out of all the cats know from the south, he's got to be the best out now. |

yeah i feel that he can shut down some other dudes from the south because his style is not as basic and repetitive ahem, (lil jon, d4L, franchize boyz, crime mobb) all those guys are really basic. lil wayne is a lil more "outside of the box", i like his style |

Most of the people on G-Unit Records
Many southern rappers (Lil Jon,
Cam'Ron
..........
Actually about 90% of the rappers that came out in the mainstream since 1997. There's only like 2-3 few handfuls of rappers that came out that are actually good. |

Good point. And even some those cats that did come out around then had one tight LP and then fell off. |

yeah i agree with this list, hip hop hasnt had many positive contributions since the new millenium... |

yeah could any of you name 10 artist that have been holding it done in the last past 10 years. Oh and the artist has to have atleast 2 LPs out. |

not much of a fan of Busta or LL myself.....LL had that song w/ j lo and i thought it was garbage, hes not what he used to be |

Lil Wayne is. He has the look, the beats, the personality and he has that rap image downpacked!! The girls I know love him! But lyrically, his rhymes lack substance. For example, "black peter pan, fly til i die..."
need i say more? LOL |
