I am aiming to start a sort of teen record/promotion label organisation. Not-for-profit, but rather I aim to "sign" teenage bands to it, and then help promote/manage them.

This is a great oppurtunity, and I hope to contribute to the music industry through this.
If you know a bunch of great teenage bands, then this may be right for you.
