Here are some new lyrics I just wrote over the last 45 minutes or so... I call this "And Now It's Time", and it's about the "story," so to say, of my attempts at proving myself, but more so, the feelings of success I'm feeling lately. I think I've finally been able to let out the "real me," and I feel incredible... -Hope some of you like it....
"And Now It's Time"
-RiCk, "RiCterMan," Strayer, fecit.
In the, blink of an eye; the lack of all tears,
I have, entered a new time, in full, and aligned.
Vision and hands, never converged in agreement,
under canopy yielding light; beyond mine.
Here I find that I’m starting to show...,
and it’s simply more beautiful than,
anything that I’ve known.
(Short, intense and louder, musical arrangement; not an Interlude)
As I scrape off the skin; let out the in,
I can enter a room, eyes in tune with insight.
Walls can crash, and still bring refreshment,
with catastrophe, the design- failed, re-drawn lines.
Hear the whispers decreasing; “old woes.”
There is nothing more gratifying
than freeing what I’ve known.
(Same Short musical arrangement as before)
(Chorus):
And now it’s time to love it all...
This is the time; I’ll take it all...
And now’s the time to show it off...
This is the time to conquer my own...
light...
(Short to Moderately Long Interlude, envisioned.)
It’s a tale with two sides; still more untold,
and a colorful sky introduces the best part:
Circles dissolve, as great roads are routed.
There is movement, revealing might behind strife...
(Chorus)
(Backing Vocals): light.........
And now it’s time to love it all...
(music to the rest of the original Chorus plays through, followed by a short gradual slowing of the
music, to end the song.)
EnD
That's the end of that one... Take it easy, my friends, and send feedback at will. Later! |

"In the, blink of an eye; the lack of all tears"
I like this line, it draws me in and makes me want to keep reading, just as the begining line should do. This is a good song. Do you have a website or something where i can actually hear your music? Good job RiCter

Sorry; I'm a little late on responding to your reply.
But about the question you asked... I don't hae actual music. -Just big ideas, cravings to sing, and no P.A. to start up a band. I'm not sure what'll happen with this, but I'm not going to quit until I'm sure it's too late. See..., just recording my ideas will not satisfy me at all... I want to create art, and spread my thoughts to others. I don't want to record them for nothing..... That's pointless. So..., that's where that stands. But hey, thanks for the compliment. Later! |
