This is about clarity, realizing fault, and realizing life lessons. It's called "Truth in the Shadows", and that's all there is to say...
"Truth in the Shadows"
Sight...
I can see in front of me,
all of my days left
here on the Earth, to grow.
Despite
all I drag behind me,
I won't fall. I will grasp
lessons learned, and pull.

Mistakes we make,
pave the way...
for all that we are to be,
in future days.
It's all about how we equate
the facts of our mistakes.
Don't focus on disgrace;
Find truths to be retained.

Clarity calmed me,

I was trying to connect the words to the bridge, in a back and forth kind of pattern (look at the italicized words). I'd appreciate it if some of you would let me know what you think... yea mate i like it theres alot of truth in what you speak, pull away from all the things other people impose on you like shame and go on with good in tentions and as long as you do that you only progress. i like the idea of a path of life the bit in itallics flows really well. |

Thanks, man... Even besides that, though... We all just need to learn to let go of the negativity we always seem to find in our mistakes. It's all in how you look at whatever you have done wrong. Anyway, take it easy, you. Later! |

in his worl so much sadness and pain
love of the game maimed by these trappings of fame
love a rub that you can only give when your up
hiden by the life we live when were covered in muck
untill something clears it out of the way
self realisaion, grasping life but more often than not its a tragady
and only then do you love what youve lost
but why cant we fight the common enemy of paradise lost
life is just based on desiers
feelings from outside us that make us drive higher
aspire to see things outside of this lair
and revel in humanity surounded by care
its so sad how some people never get to live
and now i cant feel that sadness because ive got nothing left to give
what becomes of it all now? you have the right idea but it goes deeper than that, far simpler. hit me back , show me something real, like you did in your song, remind me what its like o see again. |
