For Christmas, I got a hand-made Native American flute. We met the guy who makes them at an art show in Santa Fe, and I was really impressed by the sound. I decided to add it to one of my songs, because it was in the right key and seemed to fit.
It's not the best recording, I did all of the stuff in one take (the flute was improved). I just want to know a few things...
1) How does the flute sound? Should it be louder/softer? More/less reverb?
2) How does the flute fit? Well? Not at all?
3) Any other general pointers (Like the melody? Hate the lyrics?)
Here's the song (only song there)
Let me know if there's any trouble playing it...

guitars sound good dude. lyrics a little predictable in places but then that can be v hard to avoid. bit to mellow for my taste but nicely done all the same. |

Tyler.......
Only in high school huh??
well your not supposed to have that much pain in your songs yet,,,,
that all comes later after youve been married a couple of times and your wife cheats on you and you see your friends die from stray bullets flying from an enemys weapon etc....
Just kidding....lol
My only advice....
a little less reverb on the flute, and use it for fills and not all the way through the song.
other than that...i think you are going to have a long and fullfilling life as a musician,
Keep up the good work...will be watching for more!
