Hi Pacheco!!! Welcome to the Unsigned Band Web!!!! Great to have you here!
I tried to listen to your songs and it's giving me a "media format not valid error"??? I can play other peoples songs fine. I even tried to download them and play them once I had them on my pc, but no go!!!
Do you think you could re-upload them? I really want to check you guys out!!!!
Take care,
Ron |

Hi, Pacheco
Welcome here at UBW
Got the same message as minusme when trying to listen to your songs using the link Unproject kindly created. Windows Media Player should have the solution in their help menu.
cheers

Hey, I could only play Beliefs...the others were errors.
...it seems like whoever wrote the lyrics is difinately trying to get listeners to reflect. I believe some of the lyrics are "Its time to believe...Find your reason...where is your faith"... |

Pacheco,
Still not working on my machine... I'll be honest, out of the 400 or so bands on here, I've never had a problem playing songs. In fact, if I download your songs, I get the same thing when I try to play them off my hard drive.
What format are your songs in? What bit rate are they? What did you use to encode them? Tell me as much as you can about them and I'll try and figure out what's going on!!! After reading your lyrics in the lyric thread, i REALLY want to hear "sweet angel"!!!!!!

ok, those files were in mp3 160 kbps format; I ripped them from the cd in wma format and then converted them to mp3_160... The mp3_160 files are now erased, I converted the wma ones to 128kbps again and the new files are now uploaded... try again and sorry...
LET'S DO THIS: IF ANYONE IS HAVIN' PROBLEMS LISTENING TO OUR SONGS U CAN GET TO THEM TROUGH http://music.download.com/bypass
Everything's gettin' so messy here!
PS: I tried to drink water... u won't believe wot happened! it wuz so weird I couldn't even get a flavor from it... |

okay checkin your stuff now..
beliefs: this track has a nice mood overall, nice guitars and vox, bass can use very very little fine tuning i think. also i think your hats are very low, it is hard to catch them. track gets very different around 2:00, i must say i liked the other parts of it better, 2:00 part changes the whole mood of the track.
sweet angel: this track sounds also good, but it also has the same instant changing parts as well. i must say that your guy on bass is cool. going back to track 3:00 - 3:42 part is very nice, i think it is the best touch of this track. finally i think this track could have a better outro.
you: this one also could use louder hats i think, also kicks are kinda weak. diggin the guitar jobs on this one, track flows very nice. vox are a little high at some points but maybe it was because of my eq, not sure. but overall it is a tite production also.
overall these are nicely produced tracks and keep up good work
but i have a question, is this genre called "metal" really? it sounds different from usual metal tracks. just curiosity ya know..
cheers |

talkin' 'bout the songs... all of us in the band know that the quality of the recording could so much better, but we wanted to make an affordable recording that still sounded good bcuz we didn't have too much money , and eveyone knows a cd-quality recording is far from cheap
We use these songs as a demo for self-publicity over the net and sellin/givin away them at the gigs...
And, about the genre stuff, well... I was thinkin in changin it to rock... i'll wait for sum more revies and we'll see...
Tnx for the comments dude... for the rest of u out there, check out our stuff at http://www.unsignedbandweb.com/music/bypass
Rock on! |
