Attention!!
I just completed upgrading the "back-end" functionality of the page manager. There won't be many "noticeable" changes yet. Please let me know if you see anything weird so I can get any little things cleaned up. The new back-end will allow us to add a ranking system for songs and/or artists, add a "genre" to artists (right now it's only on songs), and create a universal "upcoming gigs" section. The radio stations can now have pictures attached to them (just like songs). As soon as some of you upload photos for your radio stations, I will modify the "stations" screen to show them. There is also a playlist feature now, so you can see which songs are on each of the radio stations. This feature too will be implemented shortly. All of these will be implemented in the coming days. Some of these features will be "premium" (paying members) only, and some will be included with the free accounts.
Another change is the ability to choose your own url. When you are in the page manager and you use the "modify artist" link at the top, you will see a section called "url" . You can make this whatever you like, and your NEW url will become:
www.unsignedbandweb.com/XXXXXXXX (xxxxxx= whatever you enter) you decide what your url will be! (Remember for search engines, if you change it TOO often you won't get ranked as high!)
Thanks to everyone for your comments on what features were important, many of them will be added soon. If you didn't see the feature you were looking for, fear not, this is not the end! LOL.... It's only the beginning!!!
