I can't wright or produce music but I would like to buy rights to nice songs. Just bought a very nice piece of classical music.
I don't want a record lable just rights to songs . . . do you need to register a record lable? or do you just think of a name and call it your record lable? |

What rights are you talking about?
You don't buy songs, you licence them. Unless you commissioned the writer to do a work for hire, you cannot buy all the rights to a song. At least not in my country...
