I imagine this as trying to capture the sounds of a sea battle... the drums (timpani?) work well as cannon shots and brass adds the military feel, strings create the epic huge landscape backdrop... the gereral feel is good although a little disjointed in places it has a great dramatic start and suitable finish

Good work Badger

Hiya mate,

I think its ok. Its definately designed for movie backtracking! It sounds like something you could put in an action film or something! There is only one piece of constructive critism I can offer. I can see what you are doing with the melody but i think the sound is a bit wrong. The stabs you use to create the melody dont actually go with the rest of the sounds in the tune. Its like you have 3/4 orchestral sound then you have that keyboard sound which sounds out of place with the rest of the instruments. Change that and it will more smooth.Other than that, its good mate Very Happy

interesting track, I read the Badger's post as I was listening and I could visualize a battle at sea and about the 1 min. mark a ship that was struck starting to go down....cool, it could use a little more fill maybe, but with film music it's a backdrop for the visual, so maybe not?? I enjoyed the listen. . . .
