After reading some of your poems I've concluded that there are some very intelligent & poetic people on UBW, which I wouldn't have doubted regardless. As a simple man I was inspired to write my own simple poem.
I call you bulletproof jesus
From a heart that wont beat
Awake in a nightmare
Still I'm washing your feet
Field full of possibility
You're not helping me eat
Lungs full of water
On the other side, I breathe?
Someone told me you're always with me
No evidence to believe
If I'm permitted through the gates
Tell me, who could I see?
I'm a citizen of the world
You must be...
