I've been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to help design and endorse a couple of signature series guitars. It's not every day someone wants to put your name on one guitar, let alone two, so it's been a real buzz.

I thought I'd share a couple of progress pics... The frets have just gone in, and the necks are about to be shaped.

The GG6 six-string:

...and the GG7 seven-string:

Hey Graham, how ya doin?

What is the radius of the neck and how many frets on those axes? just curious....
the easiest neck I ever played was a 24 fret, 14" radius, it was a Hamer guitar

Peace,

wait a minute . ... .. ... Graham Greene? I've heard your stuff before! Awesome stuff.
and THATS where i remember the guitars from. I thought they had already been made, or are these different ones?

I think i found a link to your site from another guitar related site (or the Ormsby page) when i was looking up rare strats or something....

Hey Erick - 24 frets, 12" radius (to match the Floyd Rose bridges) - close enough? Smile

Here's my secret, Smili... the position markers on the edge of the fretboard are f**king HUGE. Wink It makes me look like I know what I'm doing... Neutral

Thanks, Mittins... It's a great thrill for an old bugger to get something that prods his youthful enthusiasm again.

Yeah, that's me, Seneki... You gotta watch me - I sneak in with the humans. Laughing
The guitars were supposed to be finished earlier, but there has been a shortage of gold Floyd Rose bridges (among other things), so things got held up for a bit. It's the same guitars, though. I'll post pics when they're done. Glad you liked the vibes, too!

It's 3.30am here, and I'm knackered. The gig was a great success, and the guitars were awesome. Gig shots to come on my page, but for now, here's a better look at my new babies. Smile
