This song is about racism. I believe certain actions people have taken over many, many years have increased negative views, etc., against others. The point of this song, is that we live in a world, today, where people are vulgar about, rude to, or violent in their actions against, others who are different than them. We were to have racism occur no matter what, and there was no way to know how strong it would get, but this isn't about prevention. I simply wrote about how little we (humankind) knew, about how bad things could get.

"Little Did We Know"

Litter life with indescretion.
Freedom leaves. They take no lessons,
from their actions. They deserve no
restitution. They caused this.

Careless kingdom,
soaked with hatred.
All the little things,
set in mind, and now believed.
Limitation.
No resumption
of life...
in unicen.

We knew-

(Chorus):
so little,
about chaos then, now seen.
-Our "everyday life," that could've been.
It was thrown away,
just to be replaced,
and little did we know.

Bitter times with seperate pieces.
Few can see. -In disagreement.
The defiant; The concerned. No
gain of solatium; Affliction.

Hopeless kingdom.
Growing hatred.
All those little things,
kept in mind, and now they bring
limitation
of corruption.
Life...
is different.

We knew-

(Chorus)

(Moderate Interlude)

We knew so little.
We knew so little.
We knew so little, before...
We knew-

(Chorus)

(Alternate Chorus):
Little did we know
of the chaos (pause) now seen.
-Our "everyday life," that could've been.
Oh, what could've been.
We replaced it.

Very well structured piece. I like it coz it's not limited tothe focus of racism, that is the lyrics themselves. The reader can interpret their own meaning from their own experiences.
Good work, as always.
