Good to hear you've made almost a complete recovery, and in record time too!
It's not quite a real operation, but this is the closest i've come.
I had dental surgery for a few hours once. Left tooth got pulled out in 2 minutes.
Right tooth was a stubborn bastard. and eventually the dentist had to:
1) cut away the gum
2) drill a hole in my jawbone
3) remove the last of the root out the hole
4) plug up the hole with something (don't know what)
5) stitch up the gum around it.
it didn't help that he explained all of that before doing it,
or that i only had local anasthetic that wore off twice whilst he was doing it.
i was on a liquid diet for weeeeks.
and then there's the root canal incident... but thats another story.
teeth are all good now. straight and everything.

Oh man... That seems like it would be extremely painful.
I had my wisdom teeth out (all four), in June, and that was bad enough. -But only local anasthetic?? -I'd pass out, no joke. Also, the liquid diet... I was cool with that, because I got to eat large amounts of rice pudding. Rice pudding is beautiful... -Just my opinion, though.
Lastly, thanks for the comment on the recovery, and for the support man (to everyone else, as well). Everyone who's posted in this thread has been great, and I appreciate that.
So, with that, I need some food. Later! |

LoL.
I'll be 21 on November 25th, but I have diabetes, so no overloading with alcohol for me that night. I can live with it, though. Later! |
