This is about trust, and how people should always be aware of the intentions of others, before fully giving it to them. I wrote it, because I've had more than a few people show me what can happen, when you give them that complete trust. That's is all in the past, but I wrote this to tell others to be careful, because for me, it was a very costly mistake that almost led to a far worse outcome. It's title is, "The Art of Detection".
"The Art of Detection"
(Chorus, as Intro into verse 1):
Don't let them-
Don't let them bring you
down; they'll try(!)
-Down; they'll try...(!) (Oh...)
to bring... all of the below:
anger and pain and suffering.
They'll serve without remorse.
(Pre-Chor. 1):
But with awareness...,
you'll recognize the plan
way before fulfillment...,
and you'll stand.
(Chorus)
They sing..., when a heart explodes.
Torment and great destruction
are their sought out "rewards."
(Pre-Chor. 2):
But with awareness...,
you can defy the plan.
Patience, when exerted,
can feed strength.
(Chorus)
They flee..., leaving you the blow.
Hollow and shattered, you will be
internally reformed.
(Short Interlude)
(Bridge):
Don't fret now.
Make use of your intelligence.
You won't be broken,
if you maintain focus.
(Background vocals are the idea here):
Don't fret now.....
Don't fret now.....
(Pre-Chor. 3):
-And their awareness...,
won't recognize your plan.
A shield of detection...,
kept in hand
(Revised Chorus):
won't let them-
-Won't let them bring you
down(!) They'll try..., but,
oh, no..., It won't let them,
if you keep it up, so(!)
(Chorus)
They'll try...(!)
EnD
I know this looks kind of odd written out, but vocally, I'm very satisfied with it. Hopefully, someday I can submit some form of audio recordings of some of the posts I've made here, to show all of you what they sound like. Still, I hope you liked this. Later! |
