I think it's save to let out some preliminary info....

As everyone knows, we have a radio block on the front page that other sites can download to stream Unsigned Band Web artists on their own web pages. (see partial list in the news & announcements section) This block is on 100's of websites throughout the internet!!!!! This gets our artists lots of plays and brings lots of traffic to our site to hear all of our great artists.

Well...... I just finished creating a NEW block that will feature a "random" band, including band name, picture, song play link, and link to the artists web page at the Unsigned Band Web. I have not made this block available to the public.. YET!!!, but when I do, our artists will again be appearing (this time with picture!) on sites ALL OVER the internet. The Unsigned Band Web Network!!!! You can view a sample of the block at Mischko's website.... http://www.rydoka.com/phpnuke/index.php .... scroll down and look on the right hand side of the page and you will see "random artist" . (THanks to Mischko for testing this out for me!) .

After I make the block available to the public I will compile a list of the sites that feature our block so you can see it in action, just like you can now with our radio block!!!

To be featured on the block you will need to be on an account that allows "front page spotlight". (standard or deluxe)

oh and one thing more!
Ron's new block sure does add colors to our so dark site!!!
i have to change layout soon! really! the theme we susing now is all nice and well done and such! but, i have to think of something new! something WE did, you know what I mean! something unique!

oh and while i am at editing this post, i wanna say something here now! its gonna be trashy and mushy and whatnot!
but .....

Ron! your idea of making this site and giving bands a space to promote their music and to share it with other ppl is for sure a unique thing in the php-nuke community!
to you artists here! my respect for your work! not all does hit my taste and you know one can not discuss about taste and such, but i do know you all did put a lot of time and energy into your work! i respect that a lot! and i even more respect that you share your work for people like me to put it on my site!
