UPDATE: K... I don't think anyone will see this, but I don't care. I need to update it, 'cause I feel like a complete ass... The song "Don't worry; be happy" wasn't by Bob Marley... It was by Bobby McPherrin. Still, that doesn't change the message of these words too much at all, really. Now, they just take a little influence from McPherrin's song, as well as the essence of Marley's musical and everyday ideals. -Marley did lead a care-free life, so I'm not too concerned about whether or not I should change the words or title. I just felt the need to update this...
This is a song I finished on the 13th of September. It's title is "Marley Universal", and it's mainly centered around the song, "Don't worry. Be Happy." Bob Marley made music that was good for everyone; not just people who smoke a lot of marijuana. That song is a perfect example, because it's peaceful music, and it can be applied to others beside users of that drug. So, that's the inspiration for this. Read and attain, my friends...

Lately it hasn't really been working as much, but I still believe that everyone should be concerned with what really matters, such as legitimate priorities they may have, and let all the little things go. I used to get disappointed about plans that would fall through when I made them, but now I understand that in almost every case, I shouldn't have been. That stuff was minute compared to other things I should have been worrying about back then. Anyway, I hope the words were enjoyable, and feedback, as always, is welcome.  Later! |
