Hi people, . . .give a listen to my latest upload called "Hold on to Purpose"
it's an instrumental quicki with some keyboards as well as guitar. . . the vocal version isn't ready yet . . .maybe soon???
some feedback would be cool, I know the recording doesn't have great quality, but is the vibe there? . . of course I will listen to your music as well . . .there's been a lot of new stuff uploaded lately and I'm trying to give it all a listen. . . . Thanks . .
Peace,
Erick .

thanks Seneki . . . I've been listening to your music a lot lately and I'm liking it more and more. You have a good music vision going on there, very progressive tracks. . .I miss having a band to do stuff like you guys are doing, I'm bored recording solo . . . do you gig much?
Peace,
Erick . . . . |

yeah, we are gigging a bit at the moment, but havent got another one organised as yet.
We should really get off our asses and organise it, but most of us are too busy with work and uni and stuff.
We have plans to do the Mona Vale Hotel soon, and i hear we might be able to play at
the Metro in December - now that would be awesome...
We've got another 3 songs in the pipeline, but it takes us a long time to finish stuff,
as we can usually only get together about once a week, and we end up bickering over how to play something...
Thanks for the comment on our stuff. I'll admit our stuff doesn't grab at you
straight away and can take a few listens to get into...
I've listened to "Hold on to Purpose" a few more times, and there's some kick arse guitarwork in there.
I love that shit, keep it coming!

Guitarman: Sorry for the long time coming review. I dowloaded ths track a week agobut only got time to give you a review now.
Really great sound. I love the wah on the guitar and your guitar work is incredibly amazing as usual.
The keyboards and bass give me images of an early morning sunrise with the long fingerlike beams of the golden sun reaching out and touching us all and warming us in our times of darkness.
Very upbuilding and relaxing tone.
Very good work.
Could you please have a listen and leave me a comment on Two Wrongs the instrumental? |

Hey Rowly . .thanx for the review, I liked the way you described it... I absolutely will listen to "Two Wrongs". . hold on . . . . . . . . . . .
. . I thought it was fantastic, this is the song you posted the lyrics for, .correct? I loved the foudation you set, nice guitar work, thunderous bass and great beats . . excellent vision this one. nice touch with the feedback at the end....the song was very Floyd like in the vibe.
Is it going to remain an instrumental ??
Great Job man! |

Hey Optikal - this track is awesome!
Very atmospheric. i love the snare sound and intro sounds wicked!
i thought i noticed the bass slip a fraction of a beat once or twice, but otherwise it sounded sweet.
i thought there could be a better change rather than the fade out/in at around 3:45 but maybe this is just a demo track to hear a few ideas together?
reminds me a bit of massive attack or a british band called 'Cinephile'
-Seneki
ps. nice feedback on the outro! - guitar tone is heaps better too, you been tweaking it, or just recorded it slightly differently? : ) |

Hi Erick ... this a nice smooth song idea, you gotta post the one with vocals though when you're finished with it |
