hey, guys,
I want to ask what can we do with our talents to help with this tragic event. I want to write some songs and do some type of show or something. I would love to see what unsignedbandweb.com can come up with. This is really tragic and just to get it out there that we care is very important. Any ideas..? |

maybe's releasing a compilation cd and donating the profit to charity, but thats pretty much a hard task really |

I would be honored to be included in the compilation CD. I can also promote the CD here in the So. Florida area. Let's not just talk about putting this project together, let's jump on it. I think my track "No Homicide" would be a good track to include, but any tracks I would offer without hesitation.
Check out the track "No Homicide" and let me know what ya'll think about including it on the "Hurricane Relief Compilation CD"

Hey Evin, . . .GREAT IDEA !!!! I am in . .this would be a difficult project to pull off, but with faith, anything is possible. I noticed you live in N.C., I live in CT. and Ron, the webmaster lives in NYC I think. I have many musical idaes as do many people on this website. We would need a coordinator, possibly Ron (minusme) ??? I'm sure we could come up with a tune and if we had enough people who chipped in, we could probably get a deal on studio time for this cause. Run it by minusme and get his feedback to see if this is probable and keep your fingers crossed. Hey Peanuthead, I just checked out your page, .man you got a lot of songs on there, that "no homicide" tune is cool. . good job man . . hopefully we can pull this off.

Hey guys, we could always go though Disk Makers!
It would take a little investment from each of the artist on the CD, and we could have the CD's back within weeks. 1,000 CD's for $1,000. |

Hey, I'm up for a compilation album. I'm kinda different from y'all in terms of genre (I'm a teenage folk singer from MA), but if you don't care about the genres, I'm game. I'll post some music up as soon as my recording computer gets back from being serviced.

I hope so - this sounds like an awesome idea to help out.
This kind of idea shouldn't fizzle out.
there's so many good artists and songs on this site that we could produce an awesome compilation album,
and even if it didn't make much towards helping with the hurricane - anything is better than nothing!
I'd like to be in on the compilation too.
maybe our track "Anymore" could be on it...
