This is about all the things I haven't done, that I am about to accomplish. I just want past to be past, and whatever else happens, happens. Of course' I'm looking to go over the top to, hopefully, have a much greater outcome than just "good". I need to make sense of me, because nothing's all that clear right now. Read on, and maybe give some feedback. My last four lyrical threads fell down the list, cause' of many other posts. That's cool, because I love reading those posts, but I really enjoy knowing what people think about this stuff. -Hope you like this.

Just a quick piece of info... This was written, mainly, during the overnight hours of 8/19-8/20, but was incomplete until I finished it sometime before midnight on the 20th. That is when I write many of these songs- the time when many people usually sleep. It appears I get inspired easier when I'm losing sleep.
By the way, this one has nothing to do with musical goals. It may seem that way, so I thought I'd mention that. Later, All! |

Great work rick. Your vocab realy fits the theme of the song. I love the way you talk about direction (steer away, forward, wave goodby [indicating it's behind]). It realy works well with the main theme.
I like this. It's been a while since I read anything by you... and perhaps that is another factor as to why it seems so good to me.
Sorry I can't write more of a reply... but I have to go pick up my exam results and then I'm off to the reading festival till monday. Expect me to be giving more feedback once I'm back though  |
