I cannot believe it.

I have just been to my local music store where I discovered that there is an album out by that crazy fu**ing FROG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Music is being killed by this crap!

We have a whole website of musicians, writers, artists and outstanding material, and some bloody mobile phone company is cleaning up with a bloody album of crap.

Am I the only person that thinks that we are all having the piss taken out of us?

this manufactured rubbish is taking over our music and making it harder for real artists like ourselves to make a living doing what we love. people need to start taking music seriously and drop the gimics.

Yeah, the manufactured thing is getting out of hand, first you have things like Pop Idol, and the X Factor, along with hundreds o tohusands of other bands out there which are gathered together and havent met before the band, all that kind of stuff. Now a Goddamned FROG? and not even a chuffing REAL frog, it's computer generated. I get the feeling we're being shunted to one side, for no good reason. I mean, this crazy frog album, it outsold Coldplay FOUR to ONE, 4 to 1!!!

I f**king hate that stupid frog, they totally shoved it down everyones throats with having the ringtone advertised every two seconds on almost every bloody channel. I even saw a little kid with a crazy frog t-shirt on a while ago!
But I guess if the general public are stupid enough to buy it then of course someone is gonna take advantage and as make as much profit as possible out of the fad. I think that a lot of people generally dont appreciate good music.. also the crazy frog appealed to a lot of kids... I dont think coldpaly have that same kind of market Wink

At least its dying out now.. until the next thing comes along that is!

Now we also get adverts with `The crazy frog in india` `The crazy frog in Jamaica` and the `The Crazy frog in Hawai`. The same stupid noise with different music behind it. Who the f**k is buying this stuff?

we could zero in closer than that and track down the asshole who allowed downloaded ringtones to be counted in the singles charts.

Not that the singles charts were ever worth bothering about anyway. now even less so.

Check this link if you want to see what the crazy frog advert was.

As you watch the clip, imagine it playing 2500 times a day, twice every comercial break on every tv channel that you can watch, then you will know why people hate it.

It hasnt been on for a while now as I think the idiots that download it to their phones may have gotten bored.

I used to see it about 10 - 20 times a night within a 2 or 3 hour period watching tv and it did my head in as well as thousands of others.

In May of this year it played over twenty thousand times on British television alone.
