Last night was a close call,
I'm surprised that I woke up at all,
I almost had to pinch myself,
But it felt like I already had,
A thousand demons in my head,
Pinching at the thought of you.

I saw your smile,
As I fell from my perch,
As I lost conscioussness,

Turn away,

Today was a nightmare,

Hey man, I really liked these!!! I was actually humming a tune in my head as I read them, so I know they would sound great in a song!!! I bet your tune sounds nothing like the one in my head!!! Well done!!!!

I can't get this song out of my head.

It's one of the first real songs I've written completely by myself (vocal and guitar parts)... and it actually sounds quite decent (in my opinion).

I'll try and upload it tomorrow if I get to practice with my guitarist.

Man, Ron said you have talent when he replied to the last one I read, that you wrote, and I have to tell you, you have a lot of it. I hope you and your music go far. I'd enjoy seeing it all play out. Cheers again!
