Or maybe we're all just genuinely awful and incredibley deluded...maybe this is all a construct of our fevoured imaginings.....maybe UBW is just the end of the road and we'll stay here till we die, moaning about our unsung genius. Maybe none of this is real and we are all the projected imaginings of an energy source exploring it's own nature, maybe individuality is a myth and we are nothing but a collective expressing itself through reaction to other bits of itself.
Then again, maybe you need to be sucking on satans c**k to get anything out of a system so wrapped up in it's own ego that any attempt at orginality or creative purity is viewed as naive and "uncommercial" despite the fact that there are millions out there who feel just as down trodden and uncatered for. Could it be that we feel no connection with this artificial consumerist wonderland because it isn't real to us and this in itself is where creativity comes from - a feeling of isolation, and disconnectd reality, a quest for a sense of self.
Then again, maybe The Back Street Boys are geniuses and Kylie is the new Mozart. |

Why not release your music on your own label?
Instead of going into debt to a company that may not understand you, your music, or your listeners, you could do it yourself.
Sure, having label money to pay for advertising, manufacturing and distribution would be great. But until you've paid them back all those expenses, you're at their mercy.
If you go independant, you'll have control of your music, your makerting, and your costs.
And with the advent of the internet, home studios, and desk top publishing avenues are available that didn't exist ten years ago. |
