hehe, i just got done listening. i noticed it on the front page about 10 min ago I know you cant do much as far as levels go, the bass drum would sound better with more "umph"...but thats life. A couple times it almost sounds like the bass drum is doubled (i used to use that trick), if not maybe it should be
I enjoyed this tune...it went by fast. A lot of cool samples you use in here. Seems like the melody of the song is pretty much the samples (reminds me of a song i made "The psychotheraphy of dan quyale"...its not posted on this site, so dont bother looking ; )
which is cool. I dig the minmalism. Also ejoyed all the space fx, congos, and guitars....adds nice little accents to the beat. Some of the fx noises sound too loud, but nothing worth going back and chaning i would say. ONce again, some great vocal samples you used in here....i dont know much about shooting heroin, but i think that this track would be good for that kinda thing. really dark, a fleeting beat, lots of strange fx and little vocals whisperes to make my head spin. good job! |

PPHHHEW...it works now...I've gone all ethereal As you know I know very little about this stuff, but love to hear it.
All I can say is that I love the feel to the track, moody, dark (like me ). Nice one, ImL..another to go with the collection on my hard-drive.
Will you autograph my hardrive? |

So here is a question for you. One of my buddies is trying to get his music generator setup to record...i havent been there to check out his computer, but i am pretty sure he doesnt have a line-in. I was just wondering how you had your ps rigged to your computer...if thats still what you are using ?

yeahhh.. Very dark, really cool samples. Of course as mentioned before, the bass could stand the boost, but it's just a really cool piece so it compensates!!!
I could see it in a movie. then again all your music is very cinematic, I hope we get to hear it in this format someday!!!
Cheers Ian!
PS: any news from Matt? |

Had the ps rigged up only once using an AV adaptor and line in. However, he might be able to get his hands on the PC version of music generator. Then he can record and save in wav straight to the harddrive.
