hiya,

is there a way of seeing who is listed in a radio station? It would be good to be able to browse which artists are featured in each station.

Some names and titles appears in my player ( rec.hat, unproject) and some are just listed as "streamin ID"........So, we want to know the truth!

1) do they have a VIP account?
2) is my player trying to tell me something?
3) am I definitly insane?

Confused

Laughing Laughing LOL no consipiracy here!!!!!

Actually they all SHOULD show the proper name regardless of membership. I am working on a fix for the streamer that should solve the occasional "streamin ID" issue. It may be several weeks before it's ready, so just know that I'm working on it. As far as WHY it happens? I think it's a cache issue, where if too many people load the radio station at the same time, it uses stream instead of the proper names.

You may still be insane though, but not because of this... LOL Wink Wink .

what i was suggesting was a way to see the songs in the play list without playing the list.

I don't want to give anyone work to do, it was just an idea....

That is a good idea, I will have to look into it.

Basically the songs are put into an .m3u (playlist) file before being
streamed to your computer. I wonder if there is an mp3 players which has the ability to drill down playlists already. I know windows media player (which i use) does not. Any winamp users here?

Thanks for the cool idea!
Ron
