Hi there,
As an unsigned artist, I'm fully sympathetic to the frustrations and tribulations involved in trying to get a bit of recognition for your music. I've been trying for a number of years now with relatively little success. The only thing you can do is keep on keeping on, keep meeting people and making contacts.
I've recently set up a new website called www.whossupporting.com which aims to bring some more attention to acts supporting headliners at the main venues around london. Many of these acts are as yet unsigned and I hope my site will generate more interest in the bands of tomorrow. The website provides you not only with info regarding who's supporting but also links to the bands website and a review.
The idea is simple but it needs support. If the idea proves to be a success, then I can expand the website and bring more recognition to up and coming bands in the UK.
If you have any comments or see any gaps on the site then please leave a message for me either here or on the rumour mill and please, spread the word.
