Wow, finally finished my novel, after more than a year! but I did have a job and my son was born in that time too so I can be forgiven for taking so long.

Am looking forward to getting some more music down on here, but think I'll take a week or two off to just relax in the evenings. My creativity is ebbing. Confused

Looking forward to the long hard slog of selling the bloody thing to agents and publishers.

It's called 'Return'. It's about a bunch of political activists and the collapse of civilisation as a result of environmental and social upheaval. It's also sort of about a need to return to nature (thus the title).

If I ever get an agent/publisher I'll make sure that it gets to NZ. I'm from Oz, so want it to get over that side of the planet.

I see it languishing in a bottom draw for a long time though.

Not really llike either of them. More like Doris Lessing's memoirs of a survivor.

Brazil is one of my favourite films. (thus the name)

Will keep you informed as the rejection letters pile higher and higher.
