i wonder if it is just me but I always feel its a bit rude to come to a site like ubw and expect people to review your songs on another site. I just think it's not in the spirit of the site.
I mean I've got my music on other sites too but if i want people here to check them out I always put them here first.
I have a policy of not responding to review request here unless it's actually on UBW. is that just me being a ubw groupie or does that seem reasonable?
what is the appropriate etiquette? |

I'm much more likely to listen to UBW tunes than off-site tunes. I actually try to listen to _all_ rock (and similar), alterntive, indie, country, acoustic, pop posted on the site, but it's been getting harder to keep up, especially with my comcast internet problems this week. I need something more than a "tell me what you think" type post to get my attention to get me to go off site when I'm trying to keep up with all the great stuff happening here.

I agree with Smili. I start with the on-site feedback and if time permits I will listen to off-site. I don't mind the requests, I just give them a lower priority. If we continue to get lots of offsite requests I may make an -off site- review thread.

i'd like to say i ignore them but 2 days ago i had too cos it said it was a genre which was my fav and im glad i peeped cos they were awesome,as a general rule yeah i skip them thro laziness more than anything,this is my page just hunt the song down, er no!
i guess it would be like an employee from burger king going into mcdonalds and asking them to taste his burger,oi!get out |

i would do the same, but im too stupid to figure out how...i think its with that page manager but when i go to put in my username and password it's like WABABABABA amd i dont know what it means...... |

are you using your site name and password? Your login to the page manager is seperate from your site login. If you haven't created an artist page yet, you can use the artist signup link at the top of the home page and then create an 'artist account'. This is the account that is managed through the page manager.
