Tune is well constructed with a strong chorus. Interesting string lines. Be interesting to here them played for real on a cello.. Would make the track a bit darker I reckon. I can imagine this tune blasting out of a convertable on a summer day. Soundtrack for a beach party. Commercially very strong. The lyrics lack content for my taste but then few successful tunes these days seem to be saying much more. I would be interested to hear a bit more of the writers flavour though. The instrumental at the end sounds a bit confused- it has nice groove to the beat but I think it's missing something.
Overall a good track for anyone who likes the clubier bouncy side of Hiphop. With the right look, the right management and the right breaks - I'm sure it'll go far |
